Work just fine
I have been using the stage 1 size for a few weeks for my 5 week old, 10 lb. girl. I don't notice anymore leakage than I have with size 1 pampers or luvs. These work just fine. 2008-10-28

Great diapers, but a little pricey
Pros
1) Holds up as well as other brands. The diaper is good quality. We had very few leak issues with them. We have used Pampers as well. Seventh Generation works just as well if not better than Pampers. Absorption is fantastic on these diapers.
2) Doesn't use chlorine and perfumes. At least that's the claim. The diapers does not use chlorine to get the white color. But, they do use dye to get the distinctive brown color for the diaper. The lack of perfumes on the diaper does help to determine if the little tyke did his business a little easier. Perfume for a diaper is really unnecessary and a potential irritant to the baby.
3) Good tabs makes it easy to line up and put on the little moving tyke. The tabs hold very well and easy to line up. The cartoons on Pampers diapers can be distracting and offers no value add when trying to diaper a baby.
Cons
1) It's costlier than other brands. It always annoys me that we have to pay more for fewer ingredients to make a product. The cost is for the marketing and in some ways a status symbol for parents to show they care and bought a "green" product.
2) Product tends to run small in size. Pampers are a little more forgiving with size. This is a big deal when baby is growing so fast. It is extraordinarily annoying when baby gets too big for a diaper size and you're only half way through a bag. If your baby is growing fast, don't order too many of these at once.
Bottom line: Great product. A little costlier than other brands. Provides a little cachet for buying a "green" product. Seventh Generation is a good small US company that manufactures here in the US.

My 15-month-old's most favorite diapers
My 15-month-old daughter had a very bad rash with size 4 Huggies. we returned the products and have been using Pampers Cruiser for a while. the Cruiser still causes a little bit of rashes on her waist. I've been wondering what are the better diapers out there until I read the good reviews on Seventh Generation. I tried these diapers and found that her rashes are all gone, the materials are softer, the shape fits her better, and they rarely leak. I love these diapers and happy that I don't have to look around for better diapers anymore. I can't wait to share this with other parents !! 2008-10-27

Affordable with Amazon subscription
I love these diapers. They rarely leak (only when my son has a SUPER heavy wetting night), and they aren't made with polluting chlorine. We use them at night to complement our cloth diapering during the day. Our son is 18 months old and has had diaper rash only a handful of times, all of which were due to food reactions and an accidental dryer sheet with his cloth diaper inserts, never these diapers.
Cloth diapering is the best environmentally, but these are the next best choice. Vote with your dollars!

A little small, but otherwise great!
We ordered these diapers after a number of moms in our moms group suggested them. They are a little smaller (shorter at the waist, smaller leg holes) than pampers in the same size range, but even when our son exeeded the weight limit, we had no leakage problems. 2008-10-24
