Kellogg's Special K2O Strawberry Kiwi Protein Water Mix, 0.47-Ounce, 7-Count Box (Pack of 4)

This is great. So far when I am sipping on this I have not gotten severly hungry. I work where food is not allowed on the front line and this has been wonderful. Low calorie and low sodium plus fiber and pretien to boot. Fabulous. Taste like all the other drink add ins.

I like the high protein/fiber and low calories. But this was way too sweet. I had to double the amount of recommended water to be able to drink this. I have also tried the iced tea and pink lemonade. I like the pink lemonade best and this one the least. Overall, the product is not bad. It dissolves completely and does not have aftertaste. Give it a try. But before buying a bunch of one single flavor, try them all first.

K2O is by far one of the greatest drinks out there - easy to mix, dissolves amazingly well, very healthily... and it tastes great! Each packet contains a nice 5g of both Fiber & Protein, both of which us most people don't get enough of these days. Strawberry Kiki is the best flavor available thus-far, unanimously between myself and 3 of my friends.

This is very good!, It has 5gms fiber which helps make you feel fuller,and 0 calories, low sodium. I love it. I had the pink lemonade flavor. I've only been able to find the individual packs. I plan to stock up from Amazon
