i was about to use this product,until an co-worker of my sister told me other wise. she told me that you eat ANYTHING fatty its going to show...guess it works. but when you think that you have to fart, your actually crapping out the fat you just ate ! im never going to go near this stuff! im just going to keep exercising and drinking rockstar juiced B4 workouts, lost 33lbs just by doing that.

This really helps to speed up weight loss, wish they would have come out with this a long time ago!

I've been taking Alli for about a week now in combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise. It's too soon to tell if I've lost weight and i don't weigh myself anyway, but I know the orlistat is working because you can see the results in your stool...it's gross, but it's not anywhere near as bad as I expected. I haven't had to use the restroom any more often than I did before i started taking it, it's just that when I do go it's oily. You can literally see the fat in the toilet. Strangely comforting...

I haven't needed an extra change of clothes or any of that. I ate fast food one day and took Alli, and the next day I had to rush to the restroom. That's the only time the side effects of Alli have been a problem so far, and I just see that as motivation to avoid greasy food.

So, I think Alli is worth the money.

tried the product for two months. i didnot notice any weight loss from the product that produces gas , etc.

I was on a low fat diet and was exercising 4 days a week prior to taking Alli but the weight was not coming off. I have been on Alli for 5 months and have lost 30lbs. pretty much eating the same diet and exercising as before I started Alli PLUS my cholesterol went down 58 points! I love Alli! I only had a few side effects the first week I used it, but it wasn't a big deal I think the side effects have been exaggerated. Or perhaps the people experiencing the bad side effects are eating too much fat in their diet. Used as directed it has been a wonder drug for me. Thank you Alli!
