Pamela's Ultimate Baking and Pancake Mix, 64-Ounce Bags (Pack of 3)

With Pamela's in the house, we can make not only pancakes and waffles, but muffins, brownies, biscuits... So glad we found it.

Everything I make with Pamela's Ultimate Baking and Pancake Mix is better than I can make from scratch. It is the best!!!

This mix makes the BEST pancakes, GF or not! I don't buy any other kind any more because the whole family likes Pamela's so much. I have to triple the recipe because everyone comes along and starts eating them as soon as I get them off the griddle. When there are leftovers, they taste good re-heated but I will often eat a cold one while waiting for the ones in the microwave. They taste so good, I usually don't even use butter on them, just some syrup and a little honey.
There are other recipes on the bag, but so far I have not tried any. After reading some of the other reviews I think I just might try the scones or cookies recipes soon. ;-)
The large 3-bag case is a more economical option than most, though the 6-bag case is priced fair too.
I definitly recommend this product for anyone following the gluten free diet or not!

It freezes, too, for smaller families who will not consume within a month or so.
