Benecol Smart Chews, Caramel, 120-Count Soft Chews

My niece recommend the Benecol Chews. They are very easy to take and the taste is very good (reminds me of the good ole carmels). I am taking them to help reduce my cholesterol. They also help my sweet tooth.

I won't know how effective this product is for lowering cholesterol until my husband has his next blood test.
The vendor was shipping automatically each month. A month was missed and I received twice the amount a month later. I will cancel this auto order if that happens again.

My cholesterol numbers have definetely dropped. There was a drop also in the triglcerides and a change in LDL and HDL. I have lab work coming up soon and hopefully the test will confirm that sterols play a role in lower cholesterol numbers. If this works then Smart Chews are an easy and convienent way to aid in dropping cholesterol numbers. As of this date I highly recommend the Chews.
