Good Sugar-replacement product
Splenda has been recommended to us by our family doctor. It's a good sugar-replacement because it's from natural source and it doesn't have aspartame.

Best price anywhere
I am on the Subription plan for this product and am actually paying less than I paid for a 400pk box at WalMart or any of the local stores in my area. If you're buying this regularly you should really check out the subscription, you can have it sent anytime you want, skip your shipment dates or even change them when you need to, plus there are no shipping charges. So when I run out I can just order more at the lower price. But even without the subsciption the price is alot better than the stores.

Caused Insomnia in my husband and myself
Splenda causes insomnia in my husband and me. My husband is type B and sleeps easily. I am type A and struggle more with sleep. This effect is reproducible: have Splenda, sleep poorly.

Another cause of insomnia is MSG (one type of free glutamate) and any other free Glutamate such as autolyzed yeast and hydrolyzed protein in those who are sensitized. This effect is reproducible.

If you have intermittent insomnia, look at your diet. Try eliminating sucralose (splenda) and any free glutamates.

all right by me !!!
Splenda is a very good sweetener for beverages like coffee or iced tea. It has no calories and no carbohydrates either. It uses sucralose as a sugar substitute.

I usually prefer Sweet And Low for my sweetener; but when I can't get my hands on that Splenda is a fairly good substitute. Splenda is my second choice (along with Equal) because it's not quite as sweet as Sweet And Low. On the other hand, if you prefer a non-sugar sweetener that's not too sweet or potent, then Splenda would be a good choice for you.

Splenda is a powdery white substance. Just open the individual packet or packets and pour it in to your beverage. It is probably quite good for certain recipes as well. They say you may prefer to use the granular form of Splenda for recipes but if you don't have that handy these packets will do. Keep the individual packets in the box they come in or you can put them into any container you wish.

Overall, Splenda is a good choice for a sweetener substitute for sugar. It isn't quite as potent as Sweet And Low; that can be a good or bad thing depending on how sweet you like your beverages or recipes. I myself prefer the taste of Sweet And Low. Of course, you can always add a little more Splenda to make the drink or recipe a bit sweeter.

Four stars.
