Better than wheat pasta!
All Tinkyada brown rice pasta products have been wonderful! You do need to learn not to overcook them. I find using the energy saving technique (boil a minute or two and then cover pot and wait about 15 minutes) works perfectly. We love this pasta and find it better than the pasta we ate before our gluten free days. 2007-04-27
