GoGo Rice Steamed Brown Rice Bowl, Organic, Microwaveable, 7.4-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 12)

I started a High Fiber diet in order to lose weight/feel better at the beginning of the year. I am not a vegan or vegetarian,just a woman on a busy schedule who is trying to overhaul my eating habits.
This is a very good product,easy to take to work,school,etc.It is a lot more convenient than cooking brown rice for close to an hour,especially on nights when you are busy and/or cooking for one.I throw some stir-fry seasoned veggies on top,and just eat it from the bowl.Also,with a little brown sugar,pecans and raisins it makes a great alternative to oatmeal in the mornings.Before this,I had tried Uncle Bens quick brown rice pouches that you microwave,which were nasty--salty ,oily and too much fat. All I can say is just try it,you will be pleasantly surprised.

Thank goodness organic food has become more readily available. Organic brown rice in 1 minute? Great! It is very sticky, but I heat it, throw in a little butter, spices, mix in a few veggies, and it's a healthy quick meal for my 3-year-old. He loves it!

It tastes great. Super easy to make. 90 seconds in the microwave, then wait for it to cool a little, and that's it.

I love rice, especially brown rice, but cooking on the stove top takes time. I have neither the skill or inclination to take that time, so Go-Go is a boon for me. I often use only half a bowl to supplement a Going Native curry or Tasty Bite Entree and refrigerate the remaining half for the next day's use.

I would prefer freshly made brown rice, but that takes a long time to make and isn't easy. This makes it convenient, and takes all the guess work out of making it. I generally have been buying frozen organic brown rice, but that takes up lots of freezer space. The fact that this is easy to store at room temperature is a big plus. I'll be buying more.
