Toasts Well
This bread toasts well, and is a great option if you do not have time to bake your own bread. While not as good as home made bread, this product is as close as you can get to the real deal. It keeps well over the course of a week.

light and softer
This is the only gluten free bread that doesn't need to be toasted. It is perfect for pb&j, you can travel with it easily, and it is very light and soft (not as moist as regular bread, though), not dense and crumbly like other gluten free breads. Also it is vacuum sealed so it lasts a long time and you never need to freeze it.

Probably one of the best GF Breads
This is probably one of the best Gluten Free Breads out there. It's not heavy & dense like most Gluten Free breads on the market. It's actually a pretty light bread. The texture is pretty close to regular sandwich bread. As with all Gluten Free breads, I like it toasted. Yummy! I highly recommend this bread. The reason I gave it only four stars is because I wish the slices were bigger pieces of bread. The thickness is great but, the size of most Gluten Free breads tend to be on the smaller side.

EXPIRED.
Today is Sept. 15, and I just received the bread in the mail. The expiration date on the package says Sell by JUL 23. It's expired. Ick!! Amazon sent me bread that is 2 months old.

The best for sandwiches.....
When you eat Ener-G Foods products you can rest assured they are gluten free and whatever else the label may state. This bread is just about the best you can get to make a good old fashioned sandwich. As one reviewer mentioned it is a bit small but acceptable. I would have given it 5 star's if it were larger. You can toast it or microwave it for the consistency you enjoy; either way it is very good.
