Bob's Red Mill Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder, 26-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4)

It's almost impossible to get the lumps out of this short of using a stick blender. Also, the bags that the milk comes in are very weak. I dropped one from my counter top and milk power went everywhere.

I love this milk!! Like many others that wrote reviews, I don't use very much milk and was looking for a more economical way of buying it. This really fits the bill. I think it tastes great and works well with cereal.

Some folks mentioned they had trouble mixing it. I found using a Tupperware Quick Shake container (holds 2 cups) works well. I pour in 1 3/4 cups of water and 1/4 cup of powdered milk. Then all you have to do is give it a quick shake and chill.

I have a dog treat business in NM and I use this ingredient in my recipes. It is incredible and you don't have to worry about the properties of it being a live product. Very dependable!

I don't drink fresh milk, so when I'm baking or cooking something that required milk, I usually end up throwing away 3/4's of a quart of spoiled milk...so I try to keep powdered milk on hand. Grocery store powered milk is big $$$'s. Bob's Red Mill is the answer, it should be your's too!

I am a milk drinker and this is excellent milk. Non fat too and I never drank nonfat before this and liked it.
