ZOIC Nutrition Drink, French Vanilla (Pack of 24)

I have a busy off site work schedule, so this product works great for me when I cannot break for lunch. Because of my dairy allergy it was great to find a soy meal replacement ready drink! The chocolate is rich and creamy, and the vanilla is adequate except for the overriding artificial sweetener after taste. The only drawback would be the artificial sweetener (which I am not a fan of) and the lack of enough fiber to be a COMPLETE meal replacement.

High protein, low cal, low carb is exactly what I wanted. I drank the vanilla. To make it more filling and taste better, I took about an ounce of light cream, half tsp. of instant decaf coffee and whipped them up with an aerolatte instant cream whipper, then added the ZOIC. I drank it before and/or after swimming laps and bike riding. I also took it on car trips, that way I had something nutritious when I got hungry. It kept me from fast food. Taste wise, I tried some of the other drinks and decided that I like Zoic the most.

I first bought this product at my local WalMart. It works great for me. It is everything I was looking for in a high protein/low calerie drink. I like the taste and sometimes use it for a smoothie mixer. It serves as a meal substitute or stand alone in-between meal energy booster. I was happy to find a better price on Amazon with autoship. Now it comes right to my front door. This was just in the nick of time since WalMart has discontinued it from their shelves. I think there hasn't been enough advertisment to make the public aware of all the benenfits this drink has to offer. Just give it a try,you will be happy you did.

I really enjoy the zoic french vanilla protein drink. As a diabetic it does not raise my blood sugar levels and it helps with weight control. I would recommend this product to anyone who is loosing weight, working out, or just wants a nutrious snack.

ZOIC is a perfect post run recovery drink. After a run of 6 miles or longer, I consume one within 30 minutes and have noticed that I am not as tired the remainder of the day. I believe it aids tremendously in restoring vitamins and promoting muscle recovery. I recommend this product for anyone involved in endurance training. I only wish there were more flavors available. Amazon's price beats the price a grocery or drug stores and the convenience of having a supply on hand is nice.
