i have been using panko bread crumbs for several years. they are all natural and if you like fried chicken then they are the only bread crums to use. the chicken is crisp outside and very tender inside. they are perfect for veal cutlets too. any fried foods you desire are so delicious with these bread crumbs. i would never use any others/
