Best tasting tuna in a pouch!!!
I've tried all brand names of tuna in the pouch and this is by far the best tasting and at $1.79 a pack for 7 ounces at Amazon is a great value!!! 2008-09-20

I'll never go back
I'll never go back to tuna in a can. I'm tired of wearing tuna juice when opening the can goes wrong, and frankly who needs all that liquid? Not me.
I love, love, love these tuna packets. The tuna is consistently great and the easy to use envelope has made it a breeze to use.

Beware of hidden glutamates.
This is a high quality product with nice flavor but the label is misleading. This tuna is not packed in water, it is packed in so-called vegetable broth which sounds innocent enough unless you are the type of person that gets headaches after eating in a chinese restaurant. This soy broth is like virtual MSG. MSG deadens portions of your tastebuds that tastes rotten or fishy flavors and causes tumors in lab mice.
If you can eat MSG/Glutamates without any problem this is an excellent product and the pouch is very convenient. I am sorry to see that Amazon no longer carries Starkist tuna in a pouch packed in sunflower oil. Their sunflower oil packed tuna is by far the best tuna I have ever eaten and would reccomend to any tuna lover.

Nutritious, convenient, tasty.
What's not to love about tuna that doesn't need to be drained? Just tear off the top and mix your condiments in, right in the pouch. My daughter keeps a supply of this tuna in her college dorm room so she can have a high protein snack whenever she has a spare moment. We've also found these pouches to be invaluable for international travel. If you end up in a place where the food is not reliably safe, or if jet lag has you ready for a bite to eat at 3:00 am, you always have Plan B tucked away in your suitcase. 2007-09-27

Delicious, Nutritious, Quick and Easy :)
I am really enjoying my Starkist Tuna. The packages are really convenient to use and I don't need a can opener at work... which is nice. It's pretty tasty and I don't feel guilty about eating it. Throw some relish and mustard on it (no mayo due to calories) and you have a fast and healthy lunch! Thanks, Amazon. 2007-03-13
