This IS Pork BBQ!
Lived in Memphis and lived FOR Rendezvous BBQ, the absolute pinnacle of Pork BBQ. Nothing else compares and it is wonderful to be able to reproduce it at home! 2008-09-03
not trying to rib you--this is good stuff
For the last 15 years or so, I have been using this seasoning on barbecued ribs that I prepare, and it's really good--when I get down to two jars it's time to order more. I ordered it from the Rendezvous restaurant in Memphis--I'm glad to see this is now being sold on Amazon. See also my comments on the Rendezvous barbecue sauce--if you can only get one, get the seasoning. 2006-07-20
