I can't praise this product too highly. As a recently diagnosed diabetic and a pastor's wife who sometimes fasts from sugar for spiritual reasons, I have become an avid label reader and sugar avoider. This product has no added sugar, and it is delicious. It is thick, and all natural, with natural sweetness from the tomatoes and carrot juice. It has 3 g fat per serving, but no saturated fat or trans fat. You really do clip it, pop it, and pour it! Try it over whole grain pasta for a really healthy meal! Ingredients are tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, onion, carrot juice, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, spices, onion & garlic powder, acerola cherry concentrate, basil. Only 80 calories in 1/2 cup. 12 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 7 g sugars, 2 g protein. This will be a staple on our shelf! Thank you, Ragu, for making a product with no added sugar.
