Dark Chocolate cookies taste great! I have just tried the peanut butter and those are good too.

These cookies taste good, BUT they didn't arrive intact. I may have had two out of the 9 cookies in full shape. The rest were pieces; mainly crumbs. I have 6 boxes of crumbs ( because I used the subscibe and save) and will probably use for pie crusts or cheesecake crust.
Its disappointing so far as just wanting a couple yummy cookies once in awhile ! Didn't want to have to bake to use. : (

What has not been mentioned in the ad is that Pamela's Cookies are GLUTEN FREE. As I have a Wheat allergy - these are a delight. Especially the ones that have nuts in them. If you haven't tried these, do so. They're excellent cookies, I find it difficult to not finish a box in one sitting. Delicious!

When I see "gluten-free", I often expect something dense and relatively tasteless. Not these! They're crumbly, irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth good. I bought them for the person with wheat allergies, but she almost didn't get any because everyone else grabbed them first. This is how shortbread SHOULD be made!
