I've bought these in powder form for about a year now from the local grocery.
They're great as both a quick breakfast or a filling snack during the day. If you're going to be burning a lot of carbs, this'll go pretty fast, so I'd recommend some sort of solid food too. Overall, delicious and filling. Can't go wrong.

Recently, I had dental work done and was unable to eat a whole lot of solid food and tried Carnation Instant Breakfast for the first time in my life. I was very pleased with the chocolate taste, but even more pleased to find that it actually made me fill full for several hours. Now my dental situation is back to normal and I am still utilizing the drink every morning and love it.
