In a chicken salad, these little seeds add delicious taste and fun texture. To make a great chicken salad, boil some boneless, skinless, unfrozen chicken breasts until they are tender. Bring them to boil, turn the heat down, and let them simmer about 20 minutes or until they are done. Chop the meat in large chunks. (I don't really measure this.)

Place the chicken in a bowl. Toss in some good mayonnaise or mayonnaise salad dressing, lime juice, freshly ground black pepper, crushed red pepper, and celery seed. That's basic. Some optional additions would be halved seedless grapes or chopped and lightly toasted English walnuts.
