Lightfull Smoothie, Mango Oasis, 8.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 12)

Only 1 point on Weight Watchers. The mango is my favorite flavor. The only complaint I have is that it's a little too sweet. Sometimes I mix a little plain yogurt in it to cut the sweetness a bit. These are shelf-stable until opened so I just keep one in the fridge to have ready.

The mango oasis flavor Lightful Smoothie makes a great, quick breakfast. I also keep one in my car for a quick lunch. It is best poured over ice so it is nice and cold. It is a healthy alternative to fast food when "on the road".

This is a "de-lightfull" product! Not only does it have protein and fiber, and provides a full feeling, the taste is so good. It's more like having a treat! I highly recommend this flavor!

I'm on a mission to lose 40 pounds. I used to have a horrible time between coming home from work and dinner. I would basically undo all the calorie counting I had done for the day- in just a matter of minutes. If it wasn't nailed down, I ate it.
Then I discovered Lightful Smoothies one day at the supermarket. Just 90 calories, delicious and filling. No more afternoon binging for me. Mango is my personal favorite although the rest of the family is big on the caffe latte.
The packaging was changed recently for the better. Before it was in a juice box type of packaging which I found difficult to drink.
Lightful has solved my problems- 2 pounds to go. You can be sure that it will remain a part of my diet.

The Mango Oasis smoothie is pretty delicious. This is my backup choice to my personal favorite, cafe latte. These things are great, they should be in supermarkets everywhere.
