You think of a marinade as something to soak meat in to tenderize it. This can actually be used as a seasoning, too. Try cooking sliced chicken breast as you would for a fajita with peppers and onions, add some Baja Marinade and put in a baked potato with cheddar or monterey jack cheese. It's a whole "meal in a jacket".

The marinade is awesome. My son has always loved chipotle sauces but could never find them ANYWHERE! This was the first time I have ever seen this. It came nicely packaged and QUICK? I think I got it in 3 days. Amazing..

My family loves this marinade. It has a smoky-sweet flavor and tastes wonderful with chicken. We love to dice the chicken up and use it as filling for soft tacos or burritos.
