Favorite Kashi product
Of all Kashi's products, this is our favorite. We mix it with plain yogurt and a little fruit-only jelly for a healthy dessert.
My only advice is to keep in an air-tight container because it does tend to clump together and get hard if left in the original package too long.

Tasty cereal, great price.
Healthy alternative, high in protein, especially tasty when eaten with soy milk and blueberries! Mix some into your yogurt........goooood. 2008-04-30

Good for your health but hard to chew and digest....
Excellent ingredients and great flavor but difficult to digest and chew. It could be just me... worth to try!!! 2008-03-27
One of the Best Cereals
Most cereal either tastes good or is bad for you. GoLean Crunch has the best of both worlds - it tastes as great as most full-calorie granola cereals but it has lots of Fiber and Protein, which most people just don't get enough of in their diets. I even keep a box of this stuff at work for snacking! 2008-03-15
