Hodgson Mill Caraway Rye Bread Mix, 16-Ounce Units (Pack of 6)

This product was a surprise as I have finally found a delightful,tasty, full body caraway rye that cooked up so easily in my bread machine.It is a must have on my list now!

i moved to ohio and couldn't get a descent loaf of rye bread this is perfect. i don't own a bread machine but its easy enough to make with out one i don't even use a mixer. i put everthing i a bowl and mix with my hands. i do put oil on my hands so that it doesnt stick to me. i need it a few minutes and it's ready to rise. i have also made it where i didnt let it rise i put it into a baking pan spread it out so that its about 2 inchs high made indentations with my fingers sprinkled the top with herbs and you have a wonderful flat bread or foccica

This is, by far, the best bread machine mix I have ever tried. Thank goodness Amazon carries it because most of the grocery stores in my area have hardly anything on the shelves anymore when it comes to bread mixes like this. The price is very reasonable compared to what is sold in stores with all the preservatives that come with them.
