Barely a step above cardboard
On first glance this bread looks great, but tastewise is a whole different story. DRY DRY DRY, crumbly, and bland. I tried toasting it to see if that would improve tastes, but it just made it worse.

I was hoping to find a good, affordable vegan product to have in the pantry but no such luck

Cardboard
Both my son and I have Celiac disease. We have tried a lot of different breads. This has to be the least palatable bread we have ever tasted. There are so many other great breads out there. Don't torture yourself with this one. If you have time to bake try Pamela's Products Wheat-Free Amazing Bread Mix, 19-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)

great sandwich bread
great to make sandwiches with, make sandwich and microwave for 30 seconds you can even nake grilled cheese sandwiches with it! Last week we made stuffing with half of a loaf and it tasted just like "REAL" stuffing we toasted it for 5minutes in the oven first and followed our normal stuffing recipe. not hard like the rice bread

The perfect portion-control size...
I love to make my grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with them. At first, I thought the size of the bread was too small, but they're perfect for portion control, and we ALL need that!

Awful!!
This bread is way too dry and crumbly to make a sandwich. I ended up crumbling the entire loaf and freezing for bread crumbs. Worse than rice bread. Take my advice, bake your own -- it's much better.
