Excellent flavor and a great bargin with 3 in a package. Don't need to keep frozen so easier to take to friends and relatives house for pizza parties and dinners. Just great and one of my favorite Gluten free products.

Three out of five members of our family were diagnosed with wheat sensitivity a year ago. We all miss easy pizza, like on bagels and self-rising frozen pizzas. We have had some good products from Ener-G and some not so good. This pizza shell is good, but you have to "fix" it. I've found that a simple addition of egg white wash and salt and pepper on this shell, 10 minutes in the oven and only then do you add the toppings (cook until the cheese is melted) makes the shell go from so-so to great. My kids all looked at me in shock when they ate, my oldest asked if I had messed up and given them wheat! I order this in bulk every two weeks, love it!

Quick and easy Ready made pizza shells. My son eats these like there is no tomorrow...however pay close attention to your order and store properly in a dark, dry place as sometimes (despite the long expiration date/shelf life) for some reason a pack (one of the six packs)looks to be molded if not stored or shipped properly. Be sure to contact Amazon should this occur for a replacement one. Other than that occational issue it has not deterred me from purchasing this for my son as it is still a wonderful product and he LOVES IT!

My eight year old has been eating these crusts for years! They are convenient and tasty. I keep one package in the fridge and then freeze the others. They do mold quickly. These pizza crusts are so convenient to use...just pile on toppings and pop in the oven for a wheat, dairy and egg free diet. We use only tomato paste and my son's favorite ham and pineapple. You can skip the cheese if you have a dairy allergy. YUM!

I love this product, but have had bad luck with finding mold in factory sealed, bulk orders (2 out of 3). I have reported one item, from a previous order without hassle. However; the last moldy package, I just tossed (thinking I had waited to long to report it). I don't know if the vacuum packing was faulty from the source or if the item wasn't inspected properly before shipping. The package I tossed was blatantly obvious and shouldn't have been sent.

Because I tend to buy in bulk, I don't always open all the factory sealed boxes at once -but simply store them until needed which tends to be within weeks (note: expiration dates are up to a year). My suggestion is to open the box(s) when the product arrives and do a thorough inspection - reporting any problems immediately. Other than that, this is a good deal and the product is a gracious compromise to a real pizza crust.
