Dulce de Leche Jar (Pack of 6)

I bought this dulce de leche to use as the filling in a South American cookie recipe. I was cooking for a crowd; so, the six-pack of jars worked out very well. The Argentine visitors who sampled the alfajores said that they were excellent and had no criticisms about authenticity of the ingredients. The dulce de leche has a delightful flavor and creamy texture, with just the right consistency to use as a filling between cookie layers. Another big plus is the packaging in plastic jars, which is decidedly less messy than the traditional cans. I've already ordered another shipment, to use for Christmas baking. Good stuff!!

I've ordered my second six pack. I'm from Argentina and I'm a Sancor fan, this Dulce de Leche taste like Sancor Dulce de Leche and is made in Florida.

I give some of the jars to my Argentinian friends and they love it!

This ducle de leche is almost like the Argentine SanCor brand. I'm not the only one saying that also my youngest son with the finest of palate agrees with me. One thing I noticed it has slightly more fat content that a typical Argentine ducle de leche. All in all, I would still buy it.

I purchased this for my husband. He love Dulce de Leche for his ice cream topping, and we were having problems finding it in our local grocery store. The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. The flavor was as anticipated. Creamy smooth flavor. Much smoother than regular caramel. I would definitely recommend.
