I bought this product based on the positive reviews I read at several gluten free sites. I didn't really like the cookie very much since the texture was gritty and almost sandlike. The flavor is okay, but I prefer the Pamela's chocolate chunk cookie mix instead.

I have spent lots of time and money trying to bake or buy decent treats for my food-allergy family. These (and the sugar cookie of the same brand) are the best! Easy to make with good flavor and texture. I like to store the leftovers, if there are any, in the freezer.

Easy to make & good tasting flavor.
The price is high but you get what you pay for.
Hope the Cherrybrook kitchen company doesn't raise the
