Eh - Vanilla
I bought this in the vertical/foodservice packaging (where the bags are individually wrapped), which doesn't list the ingredients on the box. So, I was in for an unpleasant surprise to discover vanilla. It's a prominent flavor and one I don't care for in my teas.

I typically drink my tea iced and without sweetener or cream, so it probably sticks out more than otherwise.

On the other hand, I absolutely love their Sweet Coconut Thai Chai!

Best chai we've found yet
We first discovered chai lattes on one of our trips. When we got home, we started looking for a way to make it ourselves. We went through a bunch of brands before finding Celestial Seasonings Original Indian Teahouse. This stuff is the best. Great aroma, better flavor, and strong enough to hold its taste when mixed with soy milk. Add a banana and you've got a light, flavorful, well-balanced breakfast. We mix the tea in batches so it's ready when we want it.
Here's our recipe: 4 cups water, one box Celestial Seasonings India Tea House chai microwaved on high for 7 minutes and left to steep 6-24 hours. Remove the teabags, squeezing the liquid from them so you have 3 cups of concentrated chai. Heat in microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes on high, add one cup honey. Combine two cups of chai with a half-gallon of soy milk and voila! Chai soy latte on demand.

Best in Chai
I'm a big Chai drinker. It's my morning brew for the past many years. There are a number of quality Chai's out there. This one has the best aroma. I'm not sure what the people at Celestial Seasonings do, but the result is simply great. It took me a bit to get used to the bag concept they use... but I think it saves on paper having the resealable bag in the box.

Anyway... it's my regular brew and I like it with a dash of Hazelnut creamer.

Absoluetly Divine!
This tea is delicious...a perfect blend of spiciness...I'm beginning to break my coffee habit with this tea! Celestial Seasoningss is a great company, kudos to them as mentioned earlier for responsibly packaging their product with recycled paper, and using less resources by no individual wrappers.

Also, don't throw the teabag out after making a cup---I use a tall coffee cup, and it makes4 or 5 of those cups for me...first cup, heat water and steep teabag partway with a few dips, second cup, heat water and steep teabag a bit more, 3rd time heat water and let teabag steep for a minute or so, 4th and 5th times, I put teabag in water before heating in microwave, and when taken out, stir around for awhile...and still end up with dark, spicy tea! I keep using the teabag this way unti it's not so dark, and time to get another! It's a good thing the teabags make lots of tea per bag, you probably won't stop at one cup!

As good as it is, I'm probably going to make it iced for those hot summer days--I can tell that will be good too...
