Wow. Very impressed. I love hummus, HATE making it, cause it takes so long. This... 30 seconds, and I had hummus ready! And it didn't taste too bad. Definitely a little bland which you could spice up on your own. Also pretty thick, so if you like it a little runnier, add more water or olive oil. Definitely a bargain. Store bought hummus is twice the price for half the amount!

These are real yummy. You can get real creative and put olive oil, spices or whatever you can think of to make the perfect hummus.

The only problem I had with it was if I don't stir rigorously, lumps form. It's also a bit salty, so watch how much you eat in one go.

I love these, btw, these go perfectly with the Dr. Krackers crackers, (also available on Amazon) for a great tasting healthy snack.

This is a great value. Each box, when constituted with water, makes about 2 1/2 cups of hummus. I only wish that I had known that it had corn products in it.

Plain hummus can be transformed into gourmet hummus simply by adding some dried herbs, taco seasoning, sunflower seeds and more. Even italian dressing mixes work. This brand is the perfect base for a delectable dip or spread.

I got this five days ago. I had to try one of them out. Preparation was very easy (but will tell you to use a large bowl). It calls for 1-1/2 cups of water, I found that adding about a 1/4 cup more works better, very smooth consistency. You do not need to add any spices whatsoever. cannot wait for Amazaon to have it back in stock to get more of them. Thank you
