My two teens and I drink it and we find it too sweet although the flavor is great.

Great for a grab and go mix for me. I usually reuse an empty water bottle and mix it with milk or milk and water and close the lid and shake it, take it with me to work or class. Great when you're in a hurry.

My kids love this product.Sometimes it is the one thing I can get them to eat in the morning.If we are running late they can drink it on the way. I like them too.

We use these for both a healthy breakfast and afternoon treats. My wife had lost a lot of weight after cancer surgury and a nurse suggested these as a way to gain back the weight. One of these mixes plus some added milk and ice cream and fruit mixed in a blender produces a delightful shake or malt (add malt powder to the flavors that don't already contain it).

It's easy and very, very good. I really recommend the product for these applications.
