Alessi Zuppa Toscana Tuscan White Bean Soup (Pack of 6)

This soup is actually sold in the gourmet food section of our local grocery store at quite a bit higher price than offered here. It is quick and delicious and will be a staple at our house from now on. No one who tries it can believe it is a simple dried mix that only has to have water added. I highly recommend it.

Quick, delicious. You can add extras like diced chicken and additional pasta, but it is great just the way it is. Good on a cold day

A.Z.T.T.T.W.B.S. is, or would be, an excellent base for building a nice pot of healthy soup but for the MSG and unneccessarily high sodium content. A reduced salt version would merit more stars.
