Alcon Unique pH Multi-Purpose Solution for Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lenses, 3-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)

This is an excellent product, and extremely hard to find. It is far less irritating than many of the other rigid gas lense solutions on the market. I would strongly recommend it for people with sensitive eyes. I hope Amazon continues to carry it; without it, I would have to change to something that was more irritating to my eyes.

This is a great all-purpose wetting/cleaning/soaking solution for wearers of gas permeable hard contact lenses, but it's no longer available at retail outlets, so you have to buy it online. That wouldn't be a problem except that the solution I bought online in the only way you can get it now -- in a three-pack --has such a near expiration date that it shouldn't even be on the market. Alcon needs to do much better than this.

This is the BEST Gas perm solution there is. The other solutions are so gooey it takes 30 min just to clear your vision. It cleans well also. I tried the Clear Eyes with peroxide at the advice of my Eye Dr, but my eyes really bothered me, and I had to take my lenses out in about 4 hrs every time I used it. I can wear them 12-16 hrs w/Unique PH. I called ALCON and Begged for them to con't this product with no luck.

I had previously worn contact lenses for over 40 years with a lapse of about 5 years before recently buying a pair of rigid gas permeable (RGP) multi-focal lenses. I have moderate to severe dry-eyes and evidently am sensitive to the other lens care products I've tried. WIthin 30 minutes of inserting the lenses using either Optimum or Bausch and Lomb RGP products my vision is blurry and my eyes feel covered with mucous. I don't have these problems with Unique PH. If I'm going to be able to wear contact lenses at all, it will be because of this product and I would recommend it to anyone with allergies or sensitive eyes.

This is THE only product I can use with my hard contact lenses. Thank God it's available online, I could not find it in any stores locally.
