Outstanding honey
I first tried this honey at a health food store in Durango, Colorado. I've moved since then, but I still crave this stuff and buy it online. It's really unique and very complex, not just thyme mixed with clover honey. It's wonderful when you first get it, perfectly creamed. However it does start to separate out after a while, but I'm not sure if that's because my friends and family keep putting it in the refrigerator. Check out airborn's website -- these folks really understand honey!

Horrible design
When a company advertises a particular aspect of a product, I expect nothing less than the full functionality of that aspect. With Airbones so-called homing thyme, you're given the impression that you can toss your herbs and spices from anywhere in the kitchen and they'll find their way to the food you've intended for them. Unfortunately this isn't what happened when I tried to make my trademark Zucchini cassorole last night. I was hoping for a thymy honey-like twist to my classic dish, but what I got was a dog with a stomach full of pain as he lapped up a good 15-20 pinches of this stuff from my kitchen floor. 4 capsules of Immodium-AD later I was able to subdue my german shephard-bulldog mix and send him into a deep, refreshing sleep with the assistance of some valerian root i slipped into his food bowl.
