Adams Extracts Pure Peppermint Extract Powder, 2.9-Ounce Glass Bottles (Pack of 4)

This powdered peppermint extract is measure-for-measure as strong as standard liquid extract. You use equal amounts in recipes.

I find it's a little more convenient than the liquid form. And 1/8 of a teaspoon stirred into hot water makes instant peppermint tea!

Incidentally, although the front of the label says "pure" extract powder, it does contain dextrose and silicon dioxide (to prevent caking).
