Not so great
Great tasting gluten-free bread is hard to find. This is not one of them. The consistency is awful and once I tried it, I understood why my daughter couldn't eat it. We did try it toasted and it was better, but I would never buy it again.

Gluten Free and Low Carb
I am on a strict low carb, gluten free diet and this is one of the very few breads that meet both those criteria. It's great to be able to eat sandwiches again. I prefer it toasted vs the microwave.

wonderful option
This bread is wonderful for wheat intolerant folks. It lasts on the shelf until opened. Then I put it in the refrigerator and use a slice or two at a time. It is soft when microwaved (2 slices = 20-25 seconds depending on microwave). Tastes like a real sandwich. Also can be toasted and tastes great that way. It does feel dry as is out of the package. I have had the dinner rolls numerous times at Disney. They heat them in the oven and I would think I am eating fresh baked rolls! A great find for me.

Barely a step above cardboard
On first glance this bread looks great, but tastewise is a whole different story. DRY DRY DRY, crumbly, and bland. I tried toasting it to see if that would improve tastes, but it just made it worse.

I was hoping to find a good, affordable vegan product to have in the pantry but no such luck

great sandwich bread
great to make sandwiches with, make sandwich and microwave for 30 seconds you can even nake grilled cheese sandwiches with it! Last week we made stuffing with half of a loaf and it tasted just like "REAL" stuffing we toasted it for 5minutes in the oven first and followed our normal stuffing recipe. not hard like the rice bread
